  11.          a fast 18bit truecolor ham8 c2p routine by ASA/Cirion
  12.                 Modified from Peter Mcgavins Gloom c2p
  13.   On 030/28Mhz machine this takes 1.6 frames from processor to convert
  14.                          ( 160*100 2x2 screen )
  15.          Then blitter is activated to do 1 blit for every plane
  16.                      Long word writes to chipmem !
